One of the major issues aiding in the decline in numbers of the cheetah population is hunting by humans, but they are also facing habitat loss and climate change. Some companies, despite the dwindling numbers of the cheetah population, still offer hunting expeditions where you can kill cheetahs for sport. Along with being hunted for sport, cheetahs are also killed for their fur.
